How to Make Kratom Tea: First Choose Your Kratom

Measure It Out
When you’ve chosen your kratom, measure it out and put it in the cup you’ll use. You want about 2.5-3 grams. If you’ve lost your measuring spoon that came with the pack, 1-2 heaping teaspoons will work as a guide.
Next, you’ll bring water to a boil either in a kettle on your kitchen stove. Once it has been brought to boil, pour it in the same cup at your kratom and stir well. You’ll need patience here, so let it steep for about 20 minutes. If you want to add drinking kratom tea in your morning routine, this is a good time to finish getting ready; putting on your makeup, brushing your hair, helping the kids get ready, etc.
If you don’t mind the taste of kratom or find it pleasant, you can drink the tea straight. However, most people prefer to add a little bit of something extra in it.
Citrus fruits are said to help your body absorb the kratom and help it hit your system a little bit faster. Because of that, or just because they like the taste, some people choose to add lemon juice or squeeze in some lemon. You can also choose oranges or lime as well.
If you have a sweet tooth, many people add in lemon or sugar to help it taste more like their regular morning tea. Or, you can add mint, ginger, or anything else you add to your regular morning tea.
You can even add in a teabag if you want to take away the kratom taste entirely.
